Write what you do not want, separately

The prompt

List unwanted elements (blurry, extra fingers, watermark, text) in a negative prompt field instead of stuffing them into the main prompt — most image models weight negatives on their own and it saves you regenerations.

Expected result

Fewer regenerations needed — the excluded artifacts show up far less often in the first pass.

Why it works

Most image models have a dedicated negative-prompt channel weighted separately from the main prompt, so exclusions listed there are suppressed more reliably.
